Processing Time

All are orders are processed and within 3-5 business days excluding weekends as well as Federal and Christian holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Time

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders $100 and over within the US. Orders under $75 will have shipping rates included upon checkout.

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

International shipping rates and times vary based on location. Complimentary shipping is not offered for international orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wild Dandelion Boutique does not assume responsibility for shipping delays or lost/ stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your order shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Addresses

A customer may change shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing customerservice@shopwilddandelion.com. Customer service will process the request and a change of address confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Once a change of address confirmation email has been sent, the order is confirmed to be sent to the new address. If the change of address email confirmation is not sent by Customer Service or the customer has failed to notify customer service within the 12 hour window, all orders will be sent to the address inputted at time of purchase. Wild Dandelion Boutique does not accept responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses after the 12 hour grace window. Please verify your address and contact information at the time of order placement.
